I highly recommend using a mod manager, such as Mod Organizer 2. Additionally, UC Distribution and Shepherd’s General Store sell official UC and Rangers gear once you’ve reached the correct rank in the corresponding faction. You will now be able to buy salvaged Colony War-era armor from 1-of-a-Kind, UC naval uniforms from UC Surplus, a very familiar black dress from EIT Clothiers, and a bathing suit in Paradiso. This mod resolves that issue by taking most rare, unique, or otherwise difficult-to-acquire apparel items and distributing them to appropriate vendors across the Settled Systems. It is an unfortunate fact that many of the best outfits in Starfield can only be acquired through murder, if they can be acquired at all.
